Study on Construction Technology of Ballastless Track for Urban Rail Transit
This paper mainly introduces the structure and characteristics of CRTS III slab ballastless track, and puts forward two improvement construction technologies of ballastless track, including tool track panel method and track frame method, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two construction methods, by analysing the technical model and mechanical model of the two methods. Finally, we introduce the construction process of slab ballastless track, including construction of base and convex stop, prefabrication and laying of track slab, construction of CA mortar adjustment layer and construction of filling pad under rail.
