TRIZ-based Design of Eccentric Wheel Solution for Frog Rammer
The working principle of frog rammer is that the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the eccentric wheel drives the rammer head up and down and compacts the soil by impact force. The traditional frog rammer has large starting torque and serious energy consumption, which has a great impact on the service life of the shaft and belt. In this paper, the problem is described by 39 standard engineering parameters, the conflict resolution matrix of TRIZ theory is used to obtain the recommended invention principle, and the best innovative solution design of the eccentric wheel is completed according to the ” dynamic” principle of the invention principle.
