Alaska Statewide Housing Study. Volume I. Housing Conditions and Needs
The first volume of Alaska's Statewide Housing Element is primarily an analysis of the 1970 Census of Housing as it pertains to Alaska. Through a combination of text, charts and maps, housing characteristics and social characteristics relating to housing are compared by geographic area. More general comparisons of housing in rural, semi-urban and urban Alaska are also drawn. Housing needs are estimated on the basis of current housing conditions and the incremental demand for housing resulting from population growth is projected to 1976. (Author)
