The report contains the second phase of the Comprehensive Plan for the Town and Village of Alfred: The Master Plan. It also presents an analysis of the Alfred-Almond-Hornellsville Region. This regional study analyzes those factors which have a bearing on any development proposals for the Region as a whole and for the communities which comprise the Region. The Master Plan section assimilates the data in this regional study and that presented in Volume 1: Basic Studies, and makes a series of recommendations in the form of four specific plans.
