The segment of the I-410 Route covered by the statement begins at an approved planned interchange with Route U.S. 90, southwest of Boutte, Louisiana in St. Charles Parish, and extends in an easterly direction, terminating at a planned interchange with State Route LA 23 (Belle Chasse Highway), southeast of Gretna, Louisiana in Jefferson and Plaquemines Parishes. This section of the I-410 facility will provide six lanes within the project limits, a total length of 24.1 miles (approx.). Environmental impacts are discussed.
