Interstate Route 410 begins at a junction with Interstate Route 10 in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana approximately 3.7 miles west of the St. Charles Parish-Jefferson Parish line. It provides a bypass to the south of New Orleans metropolitan area, and terminates at a point where the existing Paris Road intersects Interstate Route 10. The statement concerns the segment beginning at Boutte in St. Charles Parish and extends to its terminus at State Route La 23, the Belle Chassee Highway. Adverse environmental effects: Minor increases in air, noise, water and visual pollution; Acquisition of a small number of improvements and displacement of persons involved; Change in land use of the areas.
