Neighborhood Analysis and Housing Report
To coordinate planning for and encourage the elimination of substandard housing and the alleviation of related conditions causing neighborhood blight, this report has been prepared to present to those concerned officials and interested citizens, a tabulation of data concerning the existing housing conditions and other characteristics of the various neighborhoods in the planning area. The report is based on data collected in a survey of land use, housing and population factors. Maps of each neighborhood are included showing concentrations of substandard housing in the Shreveport Metropolitan Area.
