Official Comprehensive Plan Brookfield, Missouri
By 1990, it is expected that 10,000 persons will reside in Brookfield. The land use plan takes these as well as other factors into consideration and suggest that future residential growth take place to the west of present development to avoid a flood plain along the eastern edge of the city. Several improvements are recommended for improving alignment of major streets throughout the city. The plan also contains zoning and subdivision regulations and a capital improvement program.
