Prestressed Concrete Bridge Girder Design Program
A computer program has been developed in this study to perform iterative type calculations necessary for the design of simple span I-shaped beams of pretensioned prestressed concrete for use in highway and railroad bridges. Specifications for the designs produced are those that are currently acceptable by the Texas Highway Department. A complete listing of the computer program, detailed flow charts, definitions of terms used in the program, and descriptions of the input and output forms are presented. (Author)
