Great Falls Park Collection Management Plan
The collection management plan for the Great Falls Park (GRFA) is the third of six plans for the National Capital Region (NCR). The plan analyzes the collection from a curatorial viewpoint and makes recommendations for improving the care of collections. During discussions, it was agreed that the collection management plan would address environmental control and security in the Visitor Center where the park's museum collection is stored and exhibited. Special attention also would be given to managing the archeological artifacts that constitute the bulk of the park's museum collection.
