Abstract The real state of economics of tall building development requires more precise methods of examination of proposals and sensitivities. Studies should be made on the effect of changes of discount rates, building envelopes, land costs, income tax rates, borrowing interest rates, and the influence of inflation and tax strategies as applicable to tall buildings.
