An option could include an additional skylight or an operable skylight with a remotely operated shade. What matters is that it calls people when they are not there. Vancouver Cohousing has a 6,100 square‐foot common house to take the pressure off the private houses. The most important room in the house— the front porch. Personality is the only way to describe each front porch. A typical private house building plan has unit types from left to right are: large townhouse, small townhouse, one‐story flat, large townhouse.
