Ultra High Performance Concrete: New AFGC Recommendations
Eight years after the publication of the French Association Française de Génie Civil (AFGC) – Service d'étude des transports, des routes et de leurs aménagement (SETRA) Recommendations on Ultra High Performance Fiber‐Reinforced Concretes (UHPFRC), this chapter focuses on the expertise and feedback from researches and constructions made from UHPFRC using this document. It also presents the updated version of these AFGC recommendations. The chapter presents the main researches and achievements that have developed the knowledge about UHPFRC since 2002. The authors discuss the main updated developments of AFGC recommendations chapter by chapter. An analysis of the prospects for using these materials and a summary of the fields of development and research that need to be explored conclude this chapter.
