Nano cutter ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a nano cutter ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material comprises 25-38 parts of nano alumina, 4-9 parts of titanium carbide, 5-11 parts of aluminum nitride, 8-15 parts of silicon dioxide, 4-8 parts of titanium diboride, 2-7 parts of boron nitride, 4-8 parts of molybdenum carbide and 3-10 parts of tungsten silicide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the materials into a high-speed mixer according to parts by weight, and mixing; (2) after uniformly mixing in the high-speed mixer, carrying out ball milling on the powder in a ball mill; and (3) starting a high-temperature sintering furnace, and carrying out high-temperature sintering on the powder material subjected to ball milling in the high-temperature sintering furnace to obtain the nano cutter ceramic material. The obtained ceramic material has higher hardness and bending strength, and is suitable for cutters.
