Al2O3-cBN-based ceramic cutter material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an Al2O3-cBN-based ceramic cutter material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic cutters. The ceramic cutter material comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 50%-80% of Al2O3, 10%-30% of cBN and 5%-20% of TiCN, wherein the sum of the volume percentages of Al2O3, cBN and TiCN is 100%. The preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: respectively weighing Al2O3 powder, cBN powder and TiCN powder according to the volume ratio of the raw material powder; dissolving ammonium citrate in deionized water to prepare a dispersing agent solution; ball-milling and mixing the raw material powder of each component and the dispersing agent solution, and conducting drying to obtain a mixed material; and putting the mixed material into a mold for oscillation pressure sintering. According to the invention, the problem of low bonding strength caused by mismatching of physical properties of Al2O3 and cBN is improved through TiCN, and dynamic pressure sintering is realized on the mixed material by adopting an oscillation pressure sintering technology in the preparation method, so that the high-performance Al2O3-based ceramic cutter material with high cBN content is obtained, and the high-performance Al2O3-based ceramic cutter material can be widely applied to the field of processing of difficult-to-process materials such as high-temperature alloys and the like.
本发明公开了Al2O3‑cBN基陶瓷刀具材料及其制备方法,属于陶瓷刀具技术领域;所述陶瓷刀具材料的成分及其体积百分数分别为Al2O3:50%~80%,cBN:10%~30%,TiCN:5%~20%,Al2O3、cBN和TiCN的体积百分数之和为100%;材料制备方法为:按原料粉末的体积占比分别称量Al2O3粉末、cBN粉末和TiCN粉末;将柠檬酸铵溶于去离子水中制成分散剂溶液;将各成分的原料粉末以及分散剂溶液球磨混料,干燥后制得混合物料;将混合物料装入模具中进行振荡压力烧结。本发明通过TiCN改善Al2O3和cBN物理性能不匹配导致的结合强度低的问题,并在制备方法中采用振荡压力烧结技术对混合物料实现动态压力烧结,从而获得高cBN含量的高性能Al2O3基陶瓷刀具材料,可广泛应用于高温合金等难加工材料的加工领域。
