The invention discloses an asbestos-steel fiber autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) slab and preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, primarily mixing oleic acid, triethanolamine and water to prepare soluble oil; b, secondarily mixing an aluminum source, a foaming agent and water to prepare an aluminum powder suspension; c, in the presence of a magnetic field with the magnetic field strength of 0.002-0.003 T, thirdly mixing cement, lime, sand, gypsum, steel fiber, phenolic resin, red brick granules, bentonite, ferroferric oxide, asbestos and water, adding the soluble oil and the aluminum powder suspension and fourthly mixing to prepare slurry; d, weaving steel bars coated with asphalt on the surfaces into reinforcing meshes, pouring the slurry into gaps among multiple layers of the reinforcing meshes, and aerating to prepare the asbestos-steel fiber autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) slab, wherein the aluminum source is aluminum powder or aluminum paste; the foaming agent is one or more of nekal powder, peregal, saponin powder, a paraffin soap and washing powder. The asbestos-steel fiber autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) slab has excellent mechanical strength, density and frost resistance.
