The invention relates to a double-component concrete surface enhancer, and a preparation and application method thereof. The double-component concrete surface enhancer provided by the invention is composed of a reinforcing agent A and a reactant B (water-based), wherein the reinforcing agent A is a 10-60 wt% calcium nitrate water solution, and the reactant B is a 5-10 wt% water solution of aluminum sulfate, potassium carbonate, sodium silicate or magnesium fluosilicate. The application method comprises the following steps: applying the reinforcing agent A onto the concrete surface, drying, and applying the reactant B. The double-component concrete surface enhancer capable of chemical reaction can generate chemical reaction in the permeable concrete surface region, and the generated reaction product has the effects of filling, compaction, enhancement and plugging and can obviously enhance the surface strength of the hardened concrete; and the double-component concrete surface enhancer also has obvious enhancement effects on long-age concrete.
