The invention discloses a preparation method of concrete mixed with an enhancer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a cementing material, mixing water, a water reducing agent, sand and broken stones uniformly in proportion; (2) adding the enhancer with different addition amounts in the step (1), and stirring uniformly, wherein the water cement ratio is set to be 0.3 and the volume is 0.02m<3>; and (3) carrying out slump testing on the concrete mixed with the enhancer according to the number, forming a concrete mixture testing block, steaming-curing and detecting the strength, wherein one group of demolds and two groups of steam-cured testing blocks are manufactured by each formula with the serial number, in all preparation, a unified curing process is adopted, and the testing blocks are placed in a unified steam maintenance pool and a still kettle. According to the preparation method of the concrete mixed with the enhancer, the concrete has different cost and different weight under a condition that the enhancers are different amounts are added, the production cost is reduced conveniently and the product quality is improved.
