Flow-combining energy-saving hydraulic control structure and method for descending of excavator boom
The invention provides a flow-combining energy-saving hydraulic control structure and method for descending of an excavator boom. The structure and method solve the problem of the prior art that a single pump is adopted for supplying oil for independent descending of a boom, and therefore oil consumption is high. The structure comprises a boom cylinder, a main pump, an auxiliary pump and a pilot pump, wherein the boom cylinder is connected with a main oil supplying path, the main pump is connected with a first oil supplying path, the auxiliary pump is connected with a second oil supplying path, the first oil supplying path and the second oil supplying path are connected with the main oil supplying path through a linear traveling valve, and a boom valve is connected to the main oil supplying path in series. The structure further comprises a boom handle, wherein the pilot pump is connected with the boom handle through a pilot oil path, the boom handle is connected with a two-position three-way reversing valve through a control oil path, the two-position three-way reversing valve is connected with a shuttle valve through the control oil path, an output oil path of the shuttle valve acts on the switching end of the linear traveling valve, the input end of the shuttle valve is connected with a boom descending signal oil path and a traveling signal oil path, and the switching end of the two-position three-way reversing valve is connected with a composite movement oil path. According to the structure and method, the two pumps are adopted for independent descending of the boom with minimum displacement, and then oil consumption is reduced.
