The invention provides a component made of biomass materials (hollow bamboo) in a double-wall circular structure, and a preparation method. The double-wall circular structure is characterized in that an outermost layer is a composite bamboo cylinder or an FRP tube (1), an innermost layer adopts hollow bamboo tube (2), the hollow bamboo tube (2) and the composite bamboo cylinder or the FRP tube (1) form concentric circles at the center, a clearance between the composite bamboo cylinder or the FRP tube (1) and the hollow bamboo tube (2) is filled with mixing materials formed by biomass filling materials (3) and crushed plastic (5); if bamboo strips are distributed, arc-shaped bamboo strips (4) are uniformly distributed on positions adjacent to the inner side of the composite bamboo cylinder or the FRP tube (1). The component disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the characteristics of the biomass materials are sufficiently utilized; the biomass resources of the agriculture and forestry, which are the most abundant in China, or plastic wastes in daily life are applied to components in civil construction structures. The component disclosed by the invention further has the advantages of light self weight, high stiffness, good drawability, high self-recovery capability, superior economic performance and vibration resistant performance, and simple construction procedures, and the double-wall circular structure can be applied to pressed or bent components in the field of civil construction structures.
