Method for preparing light foamed ceramic heat insulating material by using coal gangue
The invention relates to a method for preparing a light foamed ceramic heat insulating material by using coal gangue. The technical problems that the existing heat insulating material is high in price, large in volume weight, large in water-absorption, easy to pulverize, relatively bad in compressive resistance and bad in water resistance are well solved. The method comprises the following steps: by using the coal gangue as the raw material, doping a certain mass of mineral materials and chemical materials, carrying out ball milling and mixing, spraying and granulating, filling a die, carrying out high-temperature sintering at 1150-1250 DEG.C to prepare the light foamed ceramic heat insulating material, wherein the volume weight of the material is 300-500kg/m<3>, the heat conducting coefficient is 0.06-0.15w/(m.k), the compressive strength is 3-12MPa. The light foamed ceramic heat insulating material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is small in volume weight, low in heat conducting coefficient, high in compressive strength, excellent in heat thermal insulation property and excellent in fire resistance, and can be prepared as an external heat insulating wall body, a partition wall and an acoustic barrier.
