Indoor steel structure and construction technology thereof
The invention discloses an indoor steel structure. The indoor steel structure comprises a steel structure body, an anticorrosive material layer is arranged outside the steel structure body, a fireproof material layer is arranged outside the anticorrosive material layer, and a surface interlayer is arranged as an outmost layer, the thickness of the anticorrosive material layer is not lower than 300[mu]m, the thickness of the fireproof material layer is 3-24mm, and the thickness of the surface interlayer does not exceed 1mm. The invention also discloses a construction technology of the indoor steel structure. The technology comprises the steps of cleaning, rust removal, priming paint coating, polishing, coating of a fireproof coating, and field cleaning. An examination result shows that the practical fireproof limit reaches above 10-15h, a result of cold and hot cycle test of the above outer coating layer shows that the structure has complete appearance within 10-15 years without cracking or chalking, and the whole steel structure has no corrosion phenomenon outside. The technology has the advantages of reasonability, low cost, good effect, great improvement of the fireproof limit of the steel structure, great prolongation of the corrosion resistance time of the steel structure, and guaranteeing of the steel structure and personal safety.
