Zirconium phosphate high-temperature nickel red ceramic pigment and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a zirconium phosphate high-temperature nickel red ceramic pigment and a preparation method of the pigment. The pigment employs industrial chemical materials, takes 55-60.8wt% of diammonium phosphate ((NH4)2HPO4) and 39.2-45wt% of zirconium oxide (ZrO2) as major raw materials and 2-7wt% of black nickel oxide (Ni2O3) as a colorant. The high-temperature nickel red ceramic pigment is prepared via burdening, water adding for stirring and mixing, drying, grinding, sieving, roasting, crushing, washing, baking, crushing and drying. The chemical materials adopted by the pigment are low in cost; the obtained nickel red pigment is bright in color and stable in color generation, can be widely used in various high-temperature ceramic products; and at the same time, since zirconium phosphate has small thermal expansivity, belongs to a low-expansion material and is very beneficial for thermal stability of a material applying zirconium phosphate, the pigment has wide application prospects.
