Output power dividing type hybrid power loader power drive system
The invention relates to an output power dividing type hybrid power loader power drive system. A dual-planet-gear system is adopted to serve as a power coupling element, and output power dividing type drive of a loader is achieved. An engine input shaft is connected with a rotary part of a first lock and is meshed with a second gear through a first gear, the second gear is coaxially and fixedly connected with a front planet gear system gear ring, one end of a second motor rotor is connected with a sun wheel, the other end of the second motor rotor is connected with a rotary part of a second lock, a rear gear ring is connected with a first motor rotor, and a planet carrier of the double-planet-gear system is connected with an output shaft. The loader can be controlled to be flexibly switched among an engine starting mode, a pure electric drive mode, an engine independent drive mode, a power dividing mode and a regenerative brake mode through engaging control over the first lock and the second lock according to the operation conditions of the whole loader and the power battery charge state, the loader drive system efficiency is improved, and the fuel economy of the loader is effectively improved.
