Wear-resisting zirconium oxide ceramics and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a wear-resisting zirconium oxide ceramics and a preparation method thereof. The ceramics comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of zirconium oxide, 1-5 parts of barium oxide, 2-3 parts of zinc oxide, 10-12 parts of cobaltous oxide, 15-18 parts of hydroxyapatite, 8-9 parts of a coupling agent and 10-15 parts of a surfactant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: melting the zirconium oxide, barium oxide, zinc oxide, cobaltous oxide, hydroxyapatite, the coupling agent and the surfactant at 1400-1500 DEG C in a platinum crucible for 2-3 hours; performing heat treatment on the molten mixture in an annealing furnace for 4-5 hours and slowly cooling the mixture to the room temperature, so that the wear-resisting zirconium oxide ceramic is obtained. The crystal lattice of the zirconium oxide is deformed by the barium oxide in the ceramics, so that the recrystallization property of zirconium oxide is improved and the hardness of the zirconium oxide ceramic is increased, so that the wear-resisting performance of the zirconium oxide ceramic is reinforced.
