The invention relates to the field of production equipment of a stay rope for a cable-stayed bridge, in particular to a precision control method for stay rope manufacturing. The precision control method for stay rope manufacturing is characterized by being performed by the following steps in sequence: (a) a steel wire (11) with a standard length is manufactured; (b) the standard steel wire (11) is woven into stay rope parts (10); (c) the twisting is performed; (d) the cutting is performed; and (e) the stay rope is cut off again after a cutting position is calculated.
