The invention relates to an optimization method of track bed slab concrete of a CRTS I type double-block ballastless track. The optimization method comprises the following specific steps of (1) selection of raw materials and quality control, wherein the raw materials include anti-striking and anti-crushing coarse aggregate of which the water absorption is less than 2%, fine aggregate with the mud amount being less than or equal to 2%, low alkali ordinary Portland cement, coal ash of which the fineness is less than or equal to 12%, a water reducing agent, an air-entraining agent and an internal curing agent; (2) optimization design of concrete proportion in construction, wherein the utilization amount of a gelled material is less than or equal to 380 kg per cubic meter of concrete; water consumption is less than or equal to 150 kg per cubic meter of concrete; pulp amount is less than or equal to 0.3 cubic meterper cubic meter of concrete; the out-of-mixer slump of the concrete during working of a swinging hopper is controlled to be within 120-140mm; the out-of-mixer slump of the concrete during a pumping process is controlled to be within 140-160mm; (3) process control over field concrete construction of track bed slab.
