The invention discloses a vibration-reducing and energy-consuming column device of an assembled foamed aluminum composite material. The device comprises a foamed aluminum composite material part arranged in the middle of an energy consuming column and serving as a main energy consuming part, steel component parts arranged at the upper and lower ends of the energy consuming column and capable of being round steel pipes, square steel pipes, I-shaped steels and the like, connecting plates arranged between the steel components and the foamed aluminum composite material in the middle, and connecting plates arranged between an energy consuming column device and upper and lower structures. The steel components and the foamed aluminum composite material are connected through the connecting plates; and the connecting mode can select bolt connection, welding and the like. The energy consuming column device is positioned between a foundation and a beam or between a beam and a beam in a column form; and the connection between the energy consuming column and the upper and lower structures can adopt such modes as bolt connection or welding. The device effectively improves the structure shock and wind resistance, wholly adopts an assembly form, and is simple in structure and convenient to be installed and maintained.
