Assembled foamed aluminum composite material vibration reduction and energy consumption support
The invention provides an assembled foamed aluminum composite material vibration reduction and energy consumption support device, which consists of a foamed aluminum composite material energy consumption section (1) and steel components (3) arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the foamed aluminum composite material energy consumption section (1), wherein the two ends of the foamed aluminum composite material energy consumption section (1) are pure aluminum (5) which is not cut away at the two ends during the manufacturing of the foamed aluminum composite material energy consumption section; a composite material energy consumption connecting plate (2_1) is arranged at the outer end of each piece of pure aluminum; a screw bolt hole (7) is formed in the end surface of each composite material energy consumption connecting plate (2_1); one end, connected with the foamed aluminum composite material energy consumption section (1), of each steel component (3) is provided with a steel component section connecting plate (2_2); each steel component section connecting plate (2_2) is connected with the corresponding composite material energy consumption connecting plate (2_1); and the outer end of each steel component (3) is provided with a screw bolt connecting plate (4) which is used for being connected with an external structure. The assembled foamed aluminum composite material vibration reduction and energy consumption support device has the advantages that the earthquake-proof and wind-proof performance of the structure is effectively improved; the structure is simple; and the installation and the repair are convenient.
