The invention discloses a pumping control method. The pumping control method includes the following steps of: receiving the pressure value of an oil pump in pumping; judging whether the pressure value of the oil pump is greater than a preset threshold value; and controlling the displacement of the oil pump according to the pressure value of the oil pump and the preset threshold value when judging that the pressure value of the oil pump is greater than the preset threshold value. According to the pumping control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, an inconvenient processing mode in which manual pumping termination, pipe disassembly for examination, and jog pumping are adopted can be replaced by a mode in which the displacement of the oil pump can be controlled automatically, and workload of field troubleshooting of service engineers can be decreased, and speed drop and pressure building up can be effectively prevented, and therefore, damage to a pumping system caused by pressure building up of an oil cylinder can be decreased, and potential safety hazards of a construction site can be avoided. The invention also discloses a pumping control device, a pumping control system and a concrete pump truck with the pumping control system.
