The invention discloses a pumping mechanism and a concrete pump truck, and belongs to the field of engineering machinery. The pumping mechanism comprises two conveying cylinders which are oppositely arranged, and a discharging pipe positioned between the two conveying cylinders, wherein conveying pistons and piston rods for driving the corresponding conveying pistons are correspondingly arranged in the conveying cylinders respectively; rodless cavities of the two conveying cylinders communicate with the discharging pipe; and an alternate plugging device is arranged at the joint of the discharging pipe and each conveying cylinder. Compared with the conventional single-cylinder piston type mortar pump and a double-cylinder piston type mortar pump with a glasses plate and an S-shaped pipe structure, the pumping mechanism has the advantages that a good continuous pumping effect can be kept, and the shutdown maintenance time can be shortened while the pumping efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种泵送机构及混凝土泵车,属于工程机械领域。该泵送机构包括两个相对设置的输送缸,及位于两个输送缸之间的出料管;所述输送缸内分别对应置有输送活塞以及驱动对应输送活塞的活塞杆;两个所述输送缸的无杆腔均与出料管连通;所述出料管与输送缸的连接处设有交替封堵装置。相比于现有的单缸活塞式砂浆泵及带有眼镜板和S管结构的双缸活塞式砂浆泵,本发明的泵送机构可以保持良好的持续泵送效果,在提高泵送效率的同时,还可以减少停机维修的时间。
