The concrete enhancer has the advantages that the materials are stably collectable, the concrete enhancer is environment friendly, low in toxicity and simple to produce, the components are more collaborative by determining the components and their content ranges, the use of the gaseous titanium dioxide and the gaseous aluminum oxide with the sodium metasilicate pentahydrate helps effectively reduce the sensitivity of silt content, the use of volcanic ash with the aluminum oxide helps effectively improve corrosion resistance of the concrete, and the use of the isopropanol with the triethanolamine helps improve the operating performance and status of the concrete and improve late strength of the concrete.
