Application of novel concrete enhancer in concrete
The invention provides an application of a novel concrete enhancer in concrete. The novel concrete enhancer includes following raw materials, by weight, 10-25 parts of ethylene glycol, 6-10 parts of isopropyl alcohol, 1-7 parts of sodium pyrosulfite, 2-7 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 5-12 parts of liquid alkali, 2-5 parts of triethanolamine and 3-8 parts of hydrophilic fumed silica. The concrete enhancer is mixed with cement, ore powder, fly ash, sand, water, stones and a water reducing agent in a large-size forced stirrer, wherein the use quantity of the concrete enhancer accounts for 3-5% of total weight of the cement, the ore powder and the fly ash. The novel concrete enhancer comprehensively improves mechanical performances of concrete and greatly improves the strength in various stages of concrete, thereby reducing the use amount of cement in the concrete. The novel concrete enhancer is toxic-free and harmless, is free of rust on steel bars, is good in adaptability with various cement and water reducing agents and is wide in market application prospect.
