The invention discloses a foam concrete frame as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The foam concrete frame is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of Portland cement, 25-35 parts of slag, 8-15 parts of coal ash, 8-16 parts of foam, 3-8 parts of carbon-titanium dioxide, 13-22 parts of water, and 1-4 parts of a water reducing agent. According to the invention, plenty of holes are formed in foam concrete, so that the foam concrete can adsorb pollutants better, and non-point pollutants such as insecticides and chemical fertilizers flowing towards river channels along with surface runoff on rainy days can be adsorbed into the foam concrete; in addition, under the condition of sun-shining on sunny days, pollutants can be degraded into small molecule compounds under the catalysis of the carbon-titanium dioxide; therefore, an ecological composite slope protection system has positive effects on non-point source pollution control.
