The preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing the components except the sodium hydroxide and the water glass to obtain a mixture; sodium hydroxide and water glass are dissolved in water to obtain a mixed solution, the mixed solution is added into the mixture to obtain slurry, and the slurry is cured and formed. The construction waste foam concrete disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of small heat conductivity coefficient, relatively high strength and fast solidification, and provides reference for producing regenerated building materials meeting the application requirements of prefabricated buildings while realizing efficient utilization of the construction waste.
