The invention discloses a composite foam stabilizer for autoclaved aerated concrete. The composite foam stabilizer is prepared by the method comprising the steps of: subjecting triethanolamine and oleic acid to mixing reaction to generate a fatty acid soap, adding polished ceramic waste into the fatty acid soap and mixing the substances evenly, then adding water to prepare a liquid state or semi-solid state mud-like composite foam stabilizer. The composite foam stabilizer can adjust thickening of an aerated concrete slurry and improve the pore structure, thereby reducing the heat conductivity coefficient of the product, and greatly improving the mechanical properties of the product. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the composite foam stabilizer for autoclaved aerated concrete.
