Corrosion-resistant pipe culvert and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant pipe culvert which contains cement, gravel, sand, asbestos fiber, silicon carbide, an epoxy resin, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ethyl orthosilicate, water, an air entraining agent and a water reducing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the corrosion-resistant pipe culvert, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the cement, gravel, sand, asbestos fiber, silicon carbide, epoxy resin, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ethyl orthosilicate, water, air entraining agent and water reducing agent to prepare a mixture M1; (2) casting the mixture M1 in a reinforcing cage to form a pipe culvert blank; and (3) curing the pipe culvert blank to obtain the corrosion-resistant pipe culvert. The corrosion-resistant pipe culvert prepared by the method has the advantages of excellent corrosion resistance, higher compression strength and higher tensile splitting strength.
