The invention relates to a green high-performance concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete. The green high-performance concrete is prepared from, by mass, 240 to 300 parts of cement, 800 to 860 parts of sand, 1050 to 1100 parts of gravels, 150 to 230 parts of mineral admixtures, 6 to 8 parts of a water reducing agents, 5 to 7 parts of a tackifiers,140 to 180 parts of water, 40 to 50 parts of steel fibers and 70 to 75 parts of polypropylene fiber. The preparation method of the polypropylene fiber comprises the following steps: 1) pretreatment: cleaning waste polypropylene and crushing the waste polypropylene into particles; 2) spinning: adding the crushed polypropylene into a screw extruder for melting and spinning, wherein the spinning temperature is controlled at 110-120 DEG C; 3) stretching: stretching the polypropylene fiber spun in the step 2) at 120-140 DEG C; 4), setting: the setting temperature is controlled to be 120-130 DEG C,and 5), shearing: shearing the polypropylene fibers, and controlling the length to be 15-25mm. According to the invention, the waste polypropylene is modified and utilized, so that the effect of wasteresource reasonable recycling is achieved.
本发明涉及一种绿色高性能混凝土及其制备方法,涉及混凝土技术领域,按照质量份数计,具体包括如下组分:水泥240~300份、砂子800~860份、碎石1050~1100份、矿物掺合料150~230份、减水剂6~8份、增粘剂5~7份、水140~180份、钢纤维40~50份以及聚丙烯纤维70~75份,聚丙烯纤维制备步骤如下:1)预处理:将废弃的聚丙烯清理干净并粉碎成颗粒;2)纺丝:然后将粉碎的聚丙烯加入到螺杆挤出机中熔融、纺丝,纺丝温度控制在110~120℃;3)拉伸:经过步骤2)纺丝的聚丙烯纤维在120~140℃条件下拉伸;4)定型:定型温度控制在120~130℃;5)剪切:剪切聚丙烯纤维,长度控制在15~25mm。本发明通过将废弃的聚丙烯改性后加以利用,具有废弃资源合理再利用的效果。
