Green high-performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses green high-performance concrete and a preparation method thereof. The green high-performance concrete is prepared from the following components: water, cement, fly ash, waste steel slag, aggregate, a water reducing agent, potassium alum and wood fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving potassium alum in water to form a potassium alum solution, then adding wood fibers, continuously stirring and heating until the wood fibers are dried to obtain potassium alum modified wood fibers; 2) uniformly mixing the cement, the fly ash, the waste steel slag, the aggregate and the potassium alum modified wood fiber to obtain a premix, and 3) uniformly mixing the water and the water reducing agent, injecting the mixture into the premix, and uniformly mixing to obtain the green high-performance concrete.The green high-performance concrete has the advantages that the strength of the concrete is improved, and environmental pollution is reduced at the same time.
