The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses green high-performance concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The green high-performance concrete is prepared from pretreated recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate, cement, a high-efficiency air-entraining water reducing agent, mineral powder and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: premixing the recycled coarse aggregate, cement and the high-efficiency air-entraining water reducing agent, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a pasty concrete mixture; uniformly mixing the input mineral powder with the pasty concrete mixture; and finally, adding the recycled fine aggregate until the recycled fine aggregate is uniformly mixed with the pasty concrete mixture. According to the green high-performance concrete, waste concrete and waste sintered bricks are recycled, resources are saved, and the green high-performance concrete is green and environmentally friendly. In addition, internal pores of the treated waste concrete are reduced, the hardness is improved, and the prepared concrete has high impermeability and compressive strength.
