According to the method, punching and precipitation devices for treating the quicksand are adopted, the method is characterized in that a concrete retaining wall at the upper part of the quicksand layer is manufactured, punching is carried out in a mode of inclining outwards by about 30 degrees along water surface part of the quicksand layer at the bottom of the retaining wall, a flexible water collecting pipe is assembled and connected,a connecting pipe is connected with a well point pipe and the flexible water collecting pipe, a high-pressure centrifugal pump or an air compressor is arranged on the ground where the precipitation device is installed, a winch is used for hoisting a jet pump into the hole bottom of a hole digging pile, a water suction opening of the jet pump is connected with the flexible water collecting pipe, awater outlet of the jet pump is connected with a water drainage pipe of the jet pump, the water drainage pipe of the jet pump is used for draining quicksand layer water pumped out by the jet pump into a water storage sedimentation tank on the ground, after precipitation, excavation, concrete support and other quicksand treatments are finished, after holes are dug to the designed hole depth, the holes are checked to be qualified, pumping can be stopped and equipment in the pile holes can be withdrawn until a reinforcement cage is prepared, and pile hole accidents caused by too early pump stopping are prevented. According to the method, the precipitation efficiency is high, and the precipitation speed is high.
本发明涉及一种人工挖孔桩挖孔遇到流沙层时处理流沙的降水方法,采用处理流沙的冲孔和降水装置,其特点是做好流沙层上部砼护壁;沿着护壁底部流沙层水面部位向外倾斜约30°左右冲孔;组装连接柔性集水管,连接管连接井点管、柔性集水管,安装布置降水装置地面配备高压离心泵或空压机,使用卷扬机吊入挖孔桩的孔底,并且将射流泵的吸水口与柔性集水管连接,出水口与射流泵排水管连接,射流泵排水管将射流泵抽出的流沙层水排到地面上的蓄水沉淀池中;在进行降水、开挖、砼支护等流沙处理结束,挖孔到设计孔深后,验收合格,准备下钢筋笼前才能停泵,撤出桩孔内设备,防止停泵过早而引起的桩孔事故。本发明降水效率高、降水速度快。
