The invention discloses a pointing robot for home decoration. The pointing robot comprises a trimming device, a positioning device, a cleaning device, a crack sealer extruding device and a controller.During use, infrared rays of an infrared ray projection instrument are used for being aligned with brick joints of decoration bricks, cutting lines of the trimming device are consistent with the infrared rays, the controller is used for controlling the trimming device, the positioning device, the cleaning device and the crack sealer extruding device to work, a vacuum pump and a vacuum chuck are controlled to tightly suck a horizontal guide rail on a brick surface, a trimming electric push rod is controlled to drive a trimming wheel to ascend and descend, the trimming wheel is driven to trim the brick joints by using a trimming motor, a sliding seat is driven to drive the trimming wheel to move along the infrared rays by using a moving motor, the brick joints are cleaned by using the cleaning device, and a pointing lifting electric push rod is used for extruding a bottled crack sealer, so that crack sealer is extruded to the brick joints through a pointing nozzle of the bottled crack sealer, mechanical operation of floor tile pointing decoration is implemented, and the efficiency and quality of decoration pointing are improved.
