The invention discloses a manual-automatic integrated clutch lock and a manual-electric integrated folding door window. The manual-automatic integrated clutch lock comprises a window frame/door frameas well as an upper casement and a lower casement, and further comprises a manual-automatic integrated clutch lock fixedly arranged on the upper frame of the lower casement, and locking holes which are formed in inner side walls of the left side frame and the right side frame of the window frame/door frame, wherein the top of the upper casement is hinged to the outer side of the upper part of thewindow frame/door frame; the top of the lower casement is hinged to the bottom of the upper casement, and the bottom of the lower casement is vertically arranged on the window frame/door frame slidably; a locking motor rotates, so that a locking swing tooth or unlocking swing tooth is separately engaged with or completely separated from a first drive gear; and a telescopic lock rod extends out orretracts towards the two sides, and is inserted into a lock hole or is separated from the lock hole. The manual-automatic integrated clutch lock realizes locking or unlocking of the lower casement, simplifies a lock structure, is simple in structure, is transmitted by a mechanical structure, is high in stability, does not adopt electronic parts such as an electromagnetic switch, is low in fault rate, and is low in maintenance cost.
