The invention provides a production process of a rubber-plastic environment-friendly floor. By means of the production process, multiple environment-friendly raw materials are adopted and are combinedand formed through machining manners of separating, crushing and mixing to be machined into the rubber-plastic environment-friendly floor of a multi-layer structure and good in comprehensive performance. The raw materials adopted by the production process comprise, by weight, 30-40 parts of wood fiber (wood flour) or bamboo fibers (bamboo powder), 20-30 parts of rubber fine powder, 30-40 parts ofPE, PP and PVC plastic-rubber powder and 1.5-3 parts of a mixture of non-poisonous additives and other organic matter. The production process comprises the steps of extruding and mixing, open millingand rolling combining and forming. The rubber-plastic environment-friendly floor manufactured through the production process is of the multi-layer structure and is good in elasticity, waterproofness,skid resistance, fire resistance and structure strength, and rich patterns can be designed. In the production process, the multiple environment-friendly materials obtained by recycling of waste of human articles of daily use are adopted and are harmless to humans and animals, and the consumable cost is low.
本发明提供一种橡塑环保型地板的生产工艺，它采用环保型的多种原材料，经过分离、粉碎、混炼加工方式，然后组合成型，加工成具有多层结构、综合性能好的橡塑环保型地板；所述生产工艺采用的原材料百分比为：30‑40重量份的木纤（木粉）或竹纤（竹粉），20‑30重量份的橡胶细粉，30‑40重量份的PE、PP、PVC塑胶粉，1.5‑3重量份的无毒助剤等有机物质混合体；所述生产工艺包括采挤压及密炼、开炼、压延组合成型步骤。通过该生产工艺制造的橡塑环保型地板为多层结构，弹性好、防水、防滑、阻燃、结构强度好、能设计出丰富的图案；该生产工艺中采用人类生活用品废弃物回收再利用的环保型多种材质組成，对人畜无害，耗材成本低。
