The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of mullite porous ceramic. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is toprovide the preparation method of the mullite porous ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing quartz sand powder, special-grade alumina powder, a binding agent,a mineralizing agent and a pore-forming agent, adding water, and carrying out uniform mixing to obtain a semi-dry material; and pouring the semi-dry material into a mold to form a semi-finished product, and calcining the semi-finished product to obtain the mullite porous ceramic, wherein the binding agent is aluminate cement, and the mineralizing agent is titanium dioxide. The mullite porous ceramic prepared by the method provided by the invention has good performance.
本发明属于陶瓷材料技术领域，具体涉及一种莫来石多孔陶瓷的制备方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种莫来石多孔陶瓷的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将石英砂粉、特级矾土粉、结合剂、矿化剂和造孔剂混合均匀，加水，再混合均匀，得半干状态物料；将半干状态物料倒入模具中成型为半成品，半成品经煅烧，得莫来石多孔陶瓷；所述结合剂为铝酸盐水泥，所述矿化剂为钛白粉。本发明方法制备得到的莫来石多孔陶瓷具有良好的性能。
