Preparation method of homogeneous mullite fiber-based porous ceramic
The invention provides a preparation method of homogeneous mullite fiber-based porous ceramics, and belongs to the technical field of thermal protection materials, and the preparation method comprises the following process steps: (1) removing impurities from mullite fibers; (2) chopping the mullite fibers; (3) preparing mullite fiber slurry; (4) molding the prepared mixed slurry by adopting a gravity settling method, and then sintering; and (5) putting the dried green body into a high-temperature furnace to be calcined and degummed. The porous ceramic prepared by the method has the density of 0.34 g/cm < 3 > to 0.60 g/cm < 3 >, the porosity of 84.8% to 74.2%, the heat conductivity of 0.0683 W/(m.K) to 0.2546 W/(m.K) and the compressive strength of 1.35 MPa to 0.33 MPa, and is a mullite fiber-based porous ceramic material which is uniform in structure and good in performance.
本发明提供了一种均质莫来石纤维基多孔陶瓷的制备方法,属于热防护材料技术领域,其工艺步骤如下:(1)莫来石纤维除杂;(2)莫来石纤维的短切处理;(3)制备莫来石纤维浆料;(4)将上述制备好的混合浆料采用重力沉降法进行成型,然后烧结;(5)将干燥好的坯体放入高温炉中进行煅烧和排胶。应用本发明的方法制备的多孔陶瓷的的密度为0.34g/cm3‑0.60g/cm3,气孔率为84.8%‑74.2%,热导率为0.0683W/(m·K)‑0.2546W/(m·K),抗压强度为1.35MPa‑0.33Mpa,是结构均一且性能良好的莫来石纤维基多孔陶瓷材料。
