The invention discloses a polycarboxylate superplasticizer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a polyether monomer with deionized water, heating, and mixing with acrylic acid and hydrogen peroxide to obtain a mixture A; (2) adding a solution A and a solution B into the mixture A, mixing with a solution C, and adjusting the pH value, wherein the solution A comprising ascorbic acid, mercaptopropionic acid and deionized water, the solution B comprises acrylic acid and deionized water, and the solution C comprises a sodium hydroxide solution. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small mixing amount,high water reducing rate and good slump retaining property of cement.
本发明公开了一种聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法和应用。该聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法包括：(1)将聚醚单体与去离子水混合并升温，然后与丙烯酸和双氧水混合，得到混合物A；(2)将A液和B液加入所述混合物A中，再与C液混合，并调节pH值，其中，所述A液包括抗坏血酸、巯基丙酸和去离子水；所述B液包括丙烯酸和去离子水；所述C液包括氢氧化钠溶液。本发明的方法制备的聚羧酸减水剂具有掺量小、减水率高和水泥保坍性好的优点。
