The invention relates to a polycarboxylate superplasticizer which comprises a structural unit A derived from polyoxyethylene ether monomers, a structural unit B derived from allyl phosphate monomers,a structural unit C derived from acrylic monomers and a structural unit D derived from styrene monomers, and the number ratio of the structural unit A to the structural unit B is 1: (2-15). The polycarboxylate superplasticizer is formed by polymerizing specific monomers according to a certain ratio, the setting time can be effectively shortened on the basis of a certain water reducing rate, gypsumis endowed with good mechanical performance and bonding performance, meanwhile, the process technology is simple and convenient, and the production process is free of pollution.
