The invention provides a polycarboxylate superplasticizer as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures. Specifically, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially carrying out hydroxylation treatment and silanization treatment on a carbon nanotube to obtain a modified carbon nanotube; (2) mixing and reacting the modified carbon nanotube, an amide compound and a catalyst to obtain a nitrogen-doped modified nanotube; (3) mixing and reacting the nitrogen-doped modified nanotube, a polyether monomer, an unsaturated carboxylic acid small monomer, a molecular weight regulator, a reducing agent and an initiator to obtain the polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer disclosed by the invention has a relatively strong water reducing effect and dispersing capacity, can effectively improve the mechanical strength of a concrete material, and has a good application prospect.
本发明提供了一种聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法和应用,涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域。具体而言:所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将碳纳米管依次进行羟基化处理和硅烷化处理,得到改性碳纳米管;(2)将所述改性碳纳米管、酰胺类化合物和催化剂进行混合反应,得到氮掺杂改性纳米管;(3)将所述氮掺杂改性纳米管、聚醚单体、不饱和羧酸小单体、分子量调节剂、还原剂和引发剂进行混合反应,得到聚羧酸减水剂。本发明的聚羧酸减水剂具有较强的减水效果和分散能力,且能够有效提高混凝土材料的力学强度,具有良好的应用前景。
