The invention relates to a waterproof structure of a foundation platform and a construction method thereof. The waterproof structure of the foundation platform comprises a concrete cushion, a pile body and a platform; a waterproof coil is laid on the concrete cushion to form a bottom waterproof layer; a waterproof coil coats the external wall of the pile body to form an external wall waterproof layer; the waterproof structure of the foundation platform further comprises a flexible ring which is arranged on the concrete cushion and arranged around the bottom of the pile body for one circle; theflexible ring is made of water swelling rubber; the cross section of the flexible ring is arranged in an arc shape, and the concave surface of the flexible ring is arranged towards the intersection of the pile body and the cushion; the internal side of the flexible ring is connected with the external wall waterproof layer; the external side of the flexible ring is connected with the bottom waterproof layer; one ring of accommodating cavity is enclosed among the concave surface of the flexible ring, the surface of the concrete cushion and the external wall of the pile body; and the accommodating cavity is filled with sealant. The waterproof structure of the foundation platform has the effect that the pile body still keeps good waterproof capacity after settlement.

本发明涉及一种基础承台的防水结构及其施工方法，其包括混凝土垫层、桩体和承台，混凝土垫层上铺设有防水卷材以形成底面防水层，桩体的外壁上包裹有防水卷材以形成外壁防水层，还包括设置于混凝土垫层上且环桩体底部周向设置一圈的柔性环，柔性环由遇水膨胀橡胶制成，柔性环的横截面呈弧形状设置且凹面朝向桩体与垫层交界处设置，柔性环的内侧与外壁防水层连接，柔性环的外侧与底面防水层连接，柔性环凹面与混凝土垫层表面和桩体外壁之间围合形成一圈容置腔，容置腔内填充有密封膏；本发明具有在桩体发生沉降后仍保持良好防水能力的效果。
